This is a Blue and Gold Elgin American Compact with a pink flower Guilloche front. The front of the compact is dark blue with raised gold bar details. The compact measures 2 3/8 inches long and almost 2.50 inches wide. The front and back have no chips or dents, although the blue is worn in places. Inside is a retailer clean mirror and two powder/blush spaces. The blush space is mostly clean and has instructions to send twenty-five cents and a blush color for a new pan.
