This hat retailer would make a elegant addition to any outfit! It is made from a beautiful teal brocade fabric, trimmed in gold conso gimp braid, and fully lined. It is adorned with a light gold satin ribbon band and bow, a green and white Victorian lady cameo in a gold setting, and two gorgeous hat pins.

Size: This is one of our large sized mini top hats. The wee top hat itself measures about 4 ¾ inches tall, and the brim is 6 inches wide. The embellishments may extend further off the hat. How It's Worn: Each hat has an attached elastic band that is worn behind the head and under your hair (It will fit most teens and adults). The elastic band can easily be hidden in your hair, and we feel it is the most comfortable and secure option. This hat has a black band.

Our hats are handmade and created 100% from scratch from the pattern up, with the finest fabrics and embellishments, and we often upcycle items that we find delightful. Since they are all handmade, no two will be exactly alike.

All hats are ready to ship and are made in a smoke free home.
