This is a chrome book. The screen has a backlight issue and it's missing two keys and a backlight issue where you can see the chrome logo come on if you hold a light from your cell phone to it and see that the computer works it's just the screen may need to be adjusted . I have seen a few YouTube videos where they explain that it can be repaired by opening it and adjusting the connections or worst case monitor replaced. I have the retailer charger and an additional chord for the usb. This can be repaired by someone who knows what they are doing.
