1970's Winter White Rolled retailer Brim Hat

This is an excellent vintage hat from my Aunt Lois's closet. This is a winter white bubble beret with a short, turned up, rolled brim. It has a round crown with a 2" self fabric band. The crown is tucked to make it a perfect round bubble shape. The rolled brim has stiff buckram to hold it's shape. It was made in Canada by Pleasant Pheasant and is 100% polyester.
