ARTWORK REQUIREMENTS
- Our preferred format is a vector-based design in Adobe Illustrator (.ai), CorelDraw, or .eps
- Artworks in any non-editable format are subject to a $15 vector conversion fee
- Custom orders that need any graphic design change are subject to an additional $35 artwork design fee
- For orders with custom color, custom color charge is subject to a maximum of $15 per order
- Any amount in excess of the $15 custom color charge computed at checkout will be refunded to you

PRODUCTION TIME
- The Standard Production Time is 10 business days (excludes shipping time)

The Rush Production of your order is also available, as follows:
- 1 to 2 business days, Excludes Shipping Time (Additional $0.75 Per Piece) ($35 Minimum, Max $75 per order*)
- 3 to 5 business days, Excludes Shipping Time (Additional $0.55 Per Piece) ($25 Minimum, Max $55 per order*)
*If your order with 1-2 Rush Business Days or 3-4 Rush Business Days does not meet its required $35 or $25 retailer Minimum Rush Order Fee, the amount needed to attain its respective minimum rush fee will be added separately.
