Returns must be made within 14 days (date on the post mark is important).

RETURNS FROM OUTSIDE EUROPEN UNION - we accept but they are not fully refounded.
Please note that shipping fees are not refundable.
We also LEAVE APPROXIMATELY 25-30% FEE - it is cost of custom duties, that we have to pay for importing returned item.

b) products with visible signs of use, a perfume smell and / or without a paper label (tags)

c) products if the information about the return was made after 14 days from receiving the goods
