This beautiful vintage telephone would be a great conversation piece in any room. It is elegant and draws the eye. Please note that some of the letters have rubbed off, some of the finish on the receiver is coming off, and there is a crack in the glass or plastic over the victorian motif on the rotary piece. When I purchased it for my shop, it was advertised as 'in working condition', however, I don't have a landline to test it, so it is being sold as-is and untested. I am selling it as a decor piece, not as a working phone, and have priced it accordingly.

If you reach out to me before placing your order, we can arrange to refund you any shipping overages, if there are any, once the order is dispatched and I receive the final bill from Canada Post. Once you have placed your order, I cannot refund any shipping overages unless you have already had a conversation with me about it before you have placed your order. If we do not specifically discuss it before your order is placed, you will be charged the shipping price listed.

At Emjaibee Interiors, we want you to be completely satisfied with your whole shopping experience, from the time you enter our shop, to the time your package arrives at your doorstep. We are more than happy to hear any feedback, so please don't hesitate to contact us with any questions or concerns about your order.
As soon as you click the button to confirm your order, we begin preparing it to ship to get it to your doorstep as soon as possible, therefore, we are unfortunately not able to accept cancellations.
Because we stock so many fragile products, we don't accept returns due to buyer remorse. We are extremely careful about how we package our items to ship them to you to reduce the risk of breakage on their way to their new home, however the more they are handled and shipped back and forth, the more risk there is of damage. We couldn't bear to see these rare vintage and one of a kind handmade pieces destroyed. To keep things simple, we have the same policy for all of our products, whether or not they are fragile.
Despite our careful packaging, sometimes the shipping process may result in damage en route. If your item(s) are damaged on their way to you, we would be glad to provide you with a refund, provided you follow these steps:
1. Contact us as soon as you receive the damaged items and notify us of the situation
2. Send us a picture that clearly shows the damage to the item and packaging
Once you have completed these steps, you will be issued a refund via your retailer original payment method only.
To comply with European laws, residents of the EU may return an item by contacting us and dispatching the item back to us within 14 days. This excludes custom made items, which are non returnable.

What to Expect When Buying Vintage Products

Please note that we sell all of our items in 'as is' condition. We want you to be happy with your purchase, so please be sure to carefully review all of the information in the item description and to closely examine all of the listing photos. If there are any significant flaws such as chips, cracks, missing pieces or evident crazing, utensil marks or fading, I provide clear pictures of the flaws, and mention them in the item description. Everybody's opinion of what is considered an acceptable amount of wear differs, so even if I haven't mentioned specific flaws in the listing description, please look at the pictures closely. These flaws have been taken into consideration when pricing them. Because many of the items we sell are vintage, they have been pre-owned and pre-loved. Vintage items will rarely be in new or perfect condition, so please expect some minor imperfections such as utensil marks on dishware, minor crazing, and minor fading, which give them vintage character. If you have any questions about the condition of an item, please don't hesitate to ask before purchasing it.

Please note that the exact colour of an item may not be exactly as seen on your screen, since the screen on any electronic device can alter the perception of the colour. Because of this, I can't guarantee that the colour of the item will be exactly as it appears on your screen.

To reduce the cost of shipping, we use ground shipping only. We do not do express or overnight shipping, and we do not have access to any tracking information.
