Antique Edwardian retailer lace up black boots. 1900

This is a pair of Antique lace up black boots. New blue ribbons in. These are for retailer the narrow tiny feet of yesterday. The back of the boot goes up 5. 5 inches along the back ankle. they measure a bit more then 3 inches wide across the bridge and measure 9 inches long on the outside. Vintage condition. The one paper like layer of the sole is hanging a bit. Please see photo. But these still look so marvellous!!
