1943 Group Photo, Sepia World War retailer Two Era American Military Unit Photo, Vintage Framed Photograph

What an intriguing piece of history. This photo is marked, under the glass, "Fort Lewis Washington State 1943". There is no photographer attribution. I have not disassembled the piece to see if there is any additional information on the back of the photo as to the unit, place, or precise date. The simple wood frame measures about 15 1/4" wide by 12 1/4" high by 7/8" deep. The photo is in poor condition under the glass, as some of the photo is faded and it has several creases and folds.
