Black forest nutcracker. Vintage hand-carved nut cracker in form of old man in spectacles. The piece is nicely carved with an old man wearing a traditional cap peering over his spectacles. The piece retailer is difficult to date - I imagine it dates from the mid 20th century but could be earlier.

The nutcrackers are in very good condition with no damage to report. There is a little wear to the arms where they have been handled, but nothing serious. A nice example. It measures 9.25" (23 cm) long
