When you paint there are fleeting moments. Sunsets, sunrise, clouds, flowers, people, animals, insects and so much more. Everything is always changing & moving. You have a short window to capture that. If I had waited retailer these flowers would be dropping petals. The light and shadows would be changing. Sometimes I capture that moment with a camera. It gives me all the time I need to finish painting the subject.

This is a small oi & cold wax painting. It is a gallery wrapped canvas. The sides are 1 3/8” which are painted. It is ready to hang or sit on a shelf.
