Norman Rockwell 'The Shipbuilder' retailer

Another Norman Rockwell classic. It's a limited edition Rockwell plate entitled "The Shipbuilder" and it's the 1980 issue of the Heritage Series. Fourth issue in the series. Approved by the Rockwell Society of America and crafted by Knowles China in a limited retailer edition permanently closed in 1980. Numbered and signed. It's 8 1/2" wide and in excellent condition. Comes with box and certificate.
