Hand painted Raven Wallsculpture.

Once upon a midnight dreary.....

These are very intelligent iconic birds, pure pleasure to observe and depict.
They always speak to me of wild places.
There is a 'something' very very special retailer about them. As always, my primary artistic intention is to try to impart some 'life' and character into my creations.

From my original relief sculpture in soft clay, I made a mold.
Into this mold I cast hydrostone plaster to make a permanent edition, suitable for indoor display. The resulting castings are carefully finished and colored by hand. No two are the same. For an outdoor or backsplash installation,this item is available in portland cement as well, as another listing in my shop.

This makes a great gift for any art or nature lover!
