You will receive the original painting on archival quality watercolor paper in a clear protective sleeve with white backing board via USPS. Perfect for framing or gifting as is. Q: I don't have a good image of the house, can you work from multiple photos?
A: Absolutely. These paintings are done completely by hand so I can usually piece together from multiple photo angles. I can also look at Google Maps to find images when possible.

Q: I only have winter photos, can you add green landscaping and leaves on the trees?
A: Yes, I can fill in the landscaping, create landscaping on a new build where it doesn't exist yet, or add winter/fall scenes too. Whatever you would like!

Q: Can you work from blue prints?
A: I love creating conceptual drawings from construction documents. I have a B.A. in Interior Design and am able to work from elevations with a list of finishes.

Q: I only have black and white photos, can you work from this?
A: I can definitely work from b&w photos. There are two options here, I can either create a black and white charcoal portrait (see listing in shop) or I can create the portrait with color if you are able to describe the colors of the paint/brick/stone.
