Dress is in excellent condition and features a black velvet trim on neck and sleeve cuffs as well as a ruffle lace trim on the boat neck retailer style neckline and sleeve cuffs. Size 12 vintage with an elastic cinched waist. Buttons up the back. Material tag removed but feels like a lace, velvet and embossed silk. Chest flat 21 in. Arm length 27.5 in. Shoulder to shoulder 16.5 in. Length 46.5 in. gathered waist 15 in flat.
