These are a beautiful pair of cufflinks made with genuine British Manchester Regiment buttons (King George V) from the era of the First World War, over 100 years ago. This pair of cufflinks is made from two brass British Manchester Regiment buttons. The Manchester Regiment served right through the First World War on both the Western Front and the middle-east in Gallipoli. The cufflinks are made with a swivel back with an attractive diamond pattern on the swivel. They are made using pocket buttons from a tunic, perfect in size for cufflinks and are 20 mm in diameter.

They represent a unique part of First World War history. The brass buttons have been carefully cleaned to retain the original character of the buttons which are approximately 105 years old, whilst highlighting the beautiful details of these original buttons.

This is a truly unique gift and a chance to own a small piece of history lovingly restored and made into a beautiful pair of cufflinks. They are presented in a luxury wooden cufflink box and cardboard cover to make them the perfect present.
