It has a diamond-cut spiral pattern with a very small Diamond in the center. It's a size 4 and again, it's a dainty piece & already has a small defect that ive circled for you in photo #6. The 2nd item is a pair of lovely 14k gold filled Crystal Leverback Earrings. They are stamped 1/20 14K. These have a beautiful sparkle to them! They're about 1 3/4" long and are in very good condition. Size references are included. Ring weight: 1.03 Grams.
