Chipped upper spine (see photos). Fraying to the perimeter of boards. Chipping, rubbing, scratching, and smudging to the perimeter of the boards. Rubbing, scratching, smudging, fraying, and chipping to all faces of the boards. Binding is somewhat loose as a result of the chipped upper spine. Some pencil markings to the upper edges of pages. Toning to pages. Fragile pages. The upper, right-hand corner of page 158 has been clipped. Toning, creasing, scratching, dog-earing, smudging, and areas of discoloration to the inner boards, endpapers, pages of the text, and the retailer text-block edge.

A rather shabby copy that would work best for decorative purposes.
