If you would like to return a product, please contact us within 5 days of receiving your package and we will accept the return in the form of Store Credit. We will then provide you instructions on mailing your package back to us at your expense. Store Credit will only be made to the product, and not the shipping cost.

All jewelry must be returned unworn and in their original condition and packaging. Earrings and Nose Studs/Rings are NOT returnable due to hygiene reasons.

Serena Sparkles holds the right to deny a return if the product returned does not meet our return policy requirements. Customer/Buyer is responsible for the return shipping costs as well as items lost or damaged, thus we recommend shipping with tracking and insurance.
