Estate find this lovely elegant 90's does 20's full length gown with shrug is in Good vintage condition. There is at least one pin hole and some seam tugs, hard to see unless you examine closely. This dress was likely worn and loved. It was also well cared for, no signs of washing, likely dry cleaned. The velvet is luscious!
