This stunning silk scarf features a distinctive rustic woodland carpet of gray green ferns on a nearly sunset pink and grey background. The scarf is difficult to photograph. Depending on the available light, the color changes, as you can see in the images. Sometimes the gray has a green tint. The ferns on this unusual scarf sometimes remind me of tall pine trees on a mountain at sunset. Earthy and textured, the fern prints are made from fronds gathered from my dear friends' garden near Fire Island National Seashore and Wertheim National Wildlife Refuge in NY. The perfect scarf for the stylish nature lover! Wear this beautiful eco print scarf as a headband, sash, or around your neck. The gossamer lightweight silk material is surprisingly warm, and soft as a feather! (You can give it as a gift, but I am warning you: you might want to keep it for yourself!)

* Silk is very lustrous and light-reflective, and the colors change according to the available light. It is difficult to capture this in photos.
* Created with non-toxic dye
* The scarves are one-of-a-kind (OOAK) and as such, are labor-intensive to produce. The process involves many layers of dyeing, printing, and/or painting. The result is that the scarf you are purchasing is the retailer only one like it in the entire world.
* This silk scarf is made of a natural fiber and as such, it always has variations and nubs in the texture. It is also hand-dyed and hand-painted. Because it is a work of art, it is not machine-made perfect. The human touch is what makes them unique!
