Vintage Quilt - Blue, retailer Yellow and White - 1950's - Disney Character fabric

Reduced! I found this vintage scrappy hand pieced quilt top and turned it into a great quilt for a baby or child. I added a blue solid border and an adorable 1930's repro backing featuring retailer blue Scottie dogs and new 100% cotton batting. My friend and shop partner, Kim, of Grey House Quilting, added her custom machine quilting expertise. The quilt has a hand sewn binding of solid blue. I laundered the quilt after it was finished and you see the results: so cute!! The fabric in the top dates to 1950 through early 1970 and includes several Disney character scenes of Mickey and Minnie Mouse - fabric that you wouldn't easily find today. I absolutely love the blue squirrels. There are so many delightful fabrics in this quilt! It measures 40" x 54" with no issues. It is clean and ready to be used.
