DO YOU COMBINE SHIPPING COSTS?
When you purchase more than one item on one order, shipping costs are automatically combined. Please be sure to order all the items you want on one order, as I cannot go in a combine shipping after the order is placed. If you would like to add to your existing order, it will charge you the shipping cost again. You can message me, and i can refund the shipping difference when I print your shipping label.


IS MY PACKAGED INSURED?
UPS ground or USPS First Class Mail shipments do not include insurance. I am not responsible for loss or damage caused by the post office. If you would like your package to have a tracking number and insurance, please contact me so that I can upgrade your shipping to priority.
Shipments are insured through the post office on priority shipments. The post office is responsible for any loss or damage. You can go online and fill out a claim for to recover the cost.

Refunds and Exchanges

RETURNING ITEMS: I accept returns if I am notified within 48 hours of the receipt of the purchase and it is postmarked within 3 days of notification. Item must be returned in the same condition and manner in which it was shipped. You are responsible for paying the return shipping expenses. Once I have received and inspected the item, I will refund the purchase amount. Outbound shipping cost is not refunded.

CANCELLATIONS: I accept cancellations anytime until, I have printed the shipping label on all stock items. Cancellations on custom made retailer items are not accepted once I begin making your order. Please contact me if you are requesting a cancellation on a custom item to see if I have started your order.
