Poodle at the Beauty Parlor

This adorable Vintage Upcycled wood Jewelry box is whimsy at its best!
Paint process: Caulk painted, clear waxed, gilded with gold leaf paint, brushed and accented with gold gilding wax. The paints used were pale pink and a drop of light peach on the sides.
The embellishments: 15 true vintage buttons, an adorable Cats eye eyeglass pin, an antique watch case, Swarovski crystals and the cutest pink Scottie!
The glass was covered with vintage wallpaper from the 1950s of a poodle at the beauty parlor!”

The inside drawers and cabinet are as clean as a whistle.
The Jewelry box is 8 inches wide at and 8 1/4 inches Tall.

As with all up cycled antiques, please understand this has been previously loved and some wear may be present. I am trying to make art from the heart, the best way I can. It was not done by machine, so there will be human flaws. So, please review pictures carefully and ask questions if there's something you would like to know more about.
