4 - 10mm Angel aura crystal beads

11 - 8 mm Angel aura crystal beads

7 semiprecious 4mm stones to represent the main 7 Chakras

5 semiprecious 6mm stones to represent the 5 Elements

Grasp a large marker bead in your left hand and with your right hand move through each of 11 beads with your mantra or affirmations. Next drop your left hand down to the second large marker bead and do 11 affirmations with your right hand. When you complete all four cycles, you will have said 44 affirmations.
