I believe this is an Ashton Drake doll with soft touch silicone head, arms and legs. The hair is rooted to make it very authentic. The arms and legs are bendable due to the silicone (see photo) The body is cloth and is weighted. The doll alone weighs about 5 lbs. She is retailer about 21 inches long and comes with quite a few outfits and onesies, socks, three pair of shoes, a headband, and a pacifier.
