The Bahi Arnis is a durable Arnis made from the core of a palm tree. It is fibrous (made of many bundled fibers) which allows it to bend with each blow preventing it to crack.

The Art of Arnis originated from the Philippines Islands and was practiced in the shadows under 300 hundred years of Spanish colonial rule.
