I bought this doll a while back and just knew she needed a redo or probably no one would ever want her and she might end up discarded. She had a weird red crocheted outfit on, ugliest light blue yarn hair, one arm is slightly lighter than the other arm, a green mark under right cheek, and a slight but of glue residue around one arm joint....but still was so adorable for some reason and come to find out that she is rare in this size (5" sitting). Her arms and head are able to be turned for posing. I first got those ugly clothes off her and washed her, then de-rooted that blue yarn hair. I re-rooted her hair in 4 different shades (two greens and two purples)...layering the new hair as I went. I gave her (or him) and very cute knit onesie outfit. I am a cloth doll designer but also love to redo and clean vintage dolls to give them another chance at being love once again.
This little one is very sweet and ready for her second chance. Outfit does have two tiny buttons on it, so please remove if given to a smaller child.
