Colonial Hip retailer Cages Panniers for 18th Century Gown Dress

Up for grabs is a set of 18th Century Colonial Hip Cages Panniers. These panniers are made to order and ship within a day or two. These are made to be worn under a Colonial or Marie Antoinette style gown or dress. They are made from cotton or poly cotton, have poly boning for structure and tie in both front and back. They are comfortable and are fully adjustable.
