The Central Market in Cleveland is a kaleidoscope of small vendors & markets, where you can buy any culinary delight your heart desires! I was in town for a Holiday Concert one December and had time to visit this unbelievable place, where a perfect row of snapper - 'American Reds' - stood out not only for their bright color, but for their curiously revolutionary name.
