Antique Victorian Dutch Button "Zeeuwse Knoop" Silver Filigree Brooch retailer 1800s

An antique, handcrafted silver filigree brooch, adopted from a traditional button common in old costumes worn in the Dutch province of Zeeland. The buttons are called "Zeeuwse Knoop" and they were created in the retailer 1800s. The item is entirely hand made and it is extremely delicate and intricate, but also very solid. The brooch is not marked for the silver content, but it tests positive for silver. The condition is very good.
