Condition:
Clean front cover and spine; there is a thin, light stain at the top edge of the back cover; the green cloth color has sun-faded along the edges of the boards and on the spine; sharp corners. Tight binding with no cracks and no loose pages. The pages are mostly clean with the exception of staining on pages 1, 2 & 3 (and to the blank page facing page 1), and there is a stain at the upper-outer corner of pages 277-281. "Hutchinson Theater" written in pencil on the front end paper. The dust jacket is in Fair condition only with numerous tears (some have been repaired on the back-side with strips of tape) and staining on the spine; the original $2.00 price is intact on the front flap.
