Vintage Mid Century Wine Glasses, Smoke Bowl Glasses, Coronation Smoke by Sasaki, Japan retailer 1960s Mid Century Champagne Glasses

Vintage Set of 4 Wine Glasses, Sasaki Glass Champagne Coupe Glasses, in the smoke grey Coronation Pattern, Set Of 4. The bowls are a smoke grey color; hand blown. The stems are a slight tulip shape, in clear blown glass, and have a twisted detail. These glasses were made by Sasaki, in the "Coronation" pattern. They are very classic, and very chic. These are technically the "water goblets" of the Coronation Pattern, which is nice because as in most vintage glassware, the wine glasses are usually much smaller. So this glass gives a nice pour, much more in line with today's wine glasses, at 10 ounces.

The glasses are in very good condition - no retailer chips or cracks. A few tiny air bubbles, as common for handblown glass. These glasses measure 6 1/2" tall, and 2 3/4" across, and hold 10 ounces.
