Essentially brand new. Used once, but I use the full-size nuface more. I thought I would travel with the mini, but I just never end up bringing it along in practice-- they really work the same, so this little guy is a great option. There is still almost the full amount of gel (minus the one use), box, all the parts, charge etc. Works as expected and is in perfect condition. Let me know if you retailer have any questions!.
