It says size 4 but she wore it from when she was in a 3T all the way till she was wearing a size 4 little girls. My granddaughter finally grew out of it after that. Inexcellent used condition. Fabric is 100% cotton. It is on a cream background. The flowers are dark pink, light pink, mauve and yellow. Lots of light and dark green leaves. There's white lacing is around collar. There is a separate top section that can be exchanged to one without lace. Four functional cream buttons hold the top section to the bottom. Dimensions upon request.
