Graphic Hand Painted Japanese Charger Plate retailer

The colors and that border are outstanding- it measures 12" in diameter and roughly 1 1/2" high. There is a slight iridescence to the black glaze. There are roses, butterflies and leaves. I can not identify the maker of this plate- there is a stamp pressed in the clay under the glaze and it's very difficult to read- and there is the red marking painted over the retailer glaze as well as a blue mostly wiped out word that looks like nippon.
