I made my first retailer baby blanket in 1975 before the birth of our first child, and since then I have crocheted blankets for numerous infants in North America, Europe, Britain, and New Zealand, as well as throws for seniors. When visiting New Zealand I discovered Corriedale wool yarn which is delightfully soft, warm, and pleasant to use.
