This fabric is 100% cotton and is made in Japan. It is a good quality fabric and the design is called mame or bean shape pattern. It is a traditional shibori print, in traditional blue and white. The fabric is lightweight and is good for pillow covers retailer, tote bags, clothes, tablecloths, pouches, aprons or bag lining.

SHIBORI
Shibori is a Japanese dyeing technique that involves twisting or bunching cloth and binding it, then dyeing it in indigo. Whatever is used to bind the fabric will resist the dye, resulting in areas of the cloth that take the blue dye and other areas of the cloth that remain white.
