Large retailer Silver Roadrunner Bird Brooch, Native American, Signed

This is a large roadrunner bird brooch made from silver (acid tested) made by native Americans in the southwest of the country. The bird is decorated with lots of zig zags and dots. On the back there appears to be a maker's mark - a lower case 'U' in italics.

Measurements: 80 mm / 3 inches wide. Weighs a substantial 16 g.

Condition: Good condition, scratching to retailer the back looks to be part of the production process. Secure rollover clasp. Acid tested as sterling silver.
