Gold - 18ct Yellow gold - please note this is genuine assay approved 18ct gold, not plated in any way at all

Gauge - 20g (0.8mm wire) we will also make this in 18g (1mm wire) upon request at an additional $10.00 please advise us once purchased if you require this to be made in any other gauge.

Setting - this is set in a Bezel setting, this provides a nice secure setting as the gem is fully enclosed in gold, such a stunning look, not chunky but very petite and will sit nice and flat on the nose.

L shape known as basic shape - please note that as we are the manufacturers we custom make all our jewellery and if you require any other tail shape we will make this up for you at no extra charge, please advise via email once purchased if you require different to what is in the photo. Other shapes available upon request are U shape and Nose pin known also as a Nose bone.

We will not be held accountable if you have made an incorrect decision based on its size when you have received your jewellery. Occasionally your jewellery may seem smaller in diameter, but please be reassured that it is the correct diamond/gem weight, as all diamonds/gems are measured in Caret weight not necessarily in diameter size.

Return Policy

We take great pride in our reputation for high quality jewellery and excellent customer service. If in any case you have received the incorrect order, or your order is incorrectly advertised we will rectify immediately. However due to the health and safety regulation act, we do not offer any returns because you have changed your mind.
Shipping

Australian Customers - via registered post only and comes with $100.00 insurance and a tracking number.

International - via registered post and comes with a tracking number so if any problems we can trace down the parcel. Please note that if any other method of postage is made we will not be held accountable for lost parcels.

Canada - Your postal service does not offer registered post, so please realize that we will post your parcel to you but it will be normal post only and there is no way to track your order, so this is done at your responsibility as we are not accountable for postal services.

Warranty
we offer a life time warranty on all our jewellery that your gems or diamond will never fall out (fair wear and tear excluded).

Exclusions to warranty

Warranty excluded if your jewellery is worked on by any other persons other then us, this includes a clean and polish by any other person. We offer a free clean and polish service once a year, providing you supply a pre paid self addressed envelope to be returned in.
