Serious Volume 1 follows the adventures of Blake, an ambitious young rabbit from the small town of Serveton as he pursues his dream of making it big in "The Jungle".
His goal? To launch his business in The Jungle, a fierce city where they say rest is for the weak. The legends aren't not enough to scare him and Blake sets off on a quest that will take him to neighbouring towns as he brings together a talented business team to meet the challenge head on. However, he doesn't get far before learning a hard lesson: to make it in the Jungle, you have to be Serious.
The mayamada universe is a television network where each manga graphic novel tells the story of a different show on the network. Each story is self-contained with its own narrative and cast of characters. Serious is an underdog (or should that be under-rabbit?) story and an entrepreneurial adventure with twists and turns on the way to discovering what it takes to turn dreams into reality.
