Ocean Chalcedony is reported to be a silicified rhyolite. An igneous rock which was formed through the cooling and solidification of magma or lava. The magma can be derived from partial melts of existing rocks in either a planet's mantle or crust. This rare and interesting material mined in the country of Madagascar (an island nation off the southeastern coast of Africa) and although agate/ jaspers are not uncommonly throughout the world, we excited to have acquired them in their absolute most beautiful, rarest color and form, which is White Jasper. If you look at it closely, this special "milk" beige white piece contains beautiful minerals forming in its translucent body that looks almost like a japanese painting/ landscape within.

We have chosen extremely "palmable" Tumble stone sized pieces (with good weight also) which makes them very suitable for chakra healing, meditation and reiki work.
