Description

Product Name: 1930-40s retailer Nesco Electric Casserole Slow Cooker Number 50 Working

This is a used pre owned Vintage Nesco Electric Casserole Slow Cooker Number 50. It is in very good working condition for being a used all these years. I plugged it in and it works great. It is approximately 8" high and 12" round. This was the first electric casserole (crock pot or slow-cooker) Nesco made and with the original cord plug but the cord and the wall socket plug had been replaced. It has a very unique way of controlling the temp. The cord connection on the unit has 3 prongs, the right 2 are for the high setting and the left 2 are for the low setting and is marked. High setting is 325 watts and the low setting is 100 watts. It looks to be a 2 qt, capacity and the inside crockery lining is brown. There are no cracks or chips, and still shiny. The outside as a few places where the paint has been chipped mostly in the green area. The green lid has it's original black bakelite handle. Manufactured by the National Enamel Manufacturing Co. of Milwaukee, Wisconsin. Please Read The Description, Look At All The Pictures before purchasing or making offers.
