Habotai silk (8mm) in colors of early spring. It's rainy, dark winter in the Pacific Northwest, but this scarf was inspired by the hydrangeas in our garden. They'll be coming back, miraculously reinventing themselves as they do every year. I had to honor them with a scarf!

My kaleidoscopic, hand-dyed silk scarves combine innovation, playfulness, and sophistication. Each is unique, accenting casual as well as elegant clothing. Subtle, irregular blends of dyed patterns are hand-pleated by pole wrapping. They shimmer and move when worn. I designed this scarf to capture the vibrancy of color and retailer texture in motion. Wear with joy. Please dry clean to retain pleats.If you want to wash your scarf use mild soap and cool water. The dyes are steam set, to the colors will stay, but the pleats will relax. They'll be apparent but not so strong.
