This special listing is for a rare childrens' hard cover book on Pookie, written and illustrated by Ivy L. Wallace. Printed and made in Great Britain by Wm. Collins Sons and Co., LTD. London and Glasgow, 1946. This is the 1961 printing.

Covers are worn, binder is loose, and edges are worn and damaged as seen in the pictures. Covers and pages are tight and in complete tack. Pages have some old foxing, few crayon marks and smudge's as it was loved before, yet no tears, rips, or repairs. Colors are still bright and vibrant, and illustrations are really sweet. Please take the time to view all of the retailer pictures, as they are a big part of the description, ask questions.

The book measures about 10'' x 8'' and is in good USED vintage condition. This was purchased from The Brimfield Flea Market, Brimfield, MA. Currently comes from a smoke free home. Recycling is the way to go. Thanks for viewing. All sales are final.
