Thunder retailer Punch He-Man Complete Condition is used. He-Man is in great shape overall. Original leg rubber band is medium tight and the figure stands on its own. However, if you prefer a new replacement leg band please message us at the time of purchase and we will replace the leg band. Paint is in very nice condition, although there is some wear with age at various spots, particularly the silver on the chest. The sword and shield accessories are both in great shape. The cap chamber has some residue. The figure will hold in place when rotated, ‘cocking' the cap firing mechanism - so we have not tested it with caps, but appears to be fully functional.
