Nippon retailer Nut Bowl Moriage Japanese Nut Bowls

A beautiful example of Japanese Nippon "nut" Bowls. Also has the moriage technique applied to the motif (the large nut) as well as along the rim and the "feet" see photos. Nippon manufactured from 1891-1921 so that gives you an idea of its age retailer. Also super sturdy yet looks so delicate. Is footed and has maker's mark.
True artisan skills were used to make these beautiful bowls... From the raised moriage to the shading and colors this depicts..could go really well with just about any solid pattern for a mixy matchy dinnerware set.
Overall condition is vgood. No chips or cracks. however, there are slight signs of age and wear to the outer bowl much more so than the inner bowl. But nothing remarkable.

Measurements : 9 1/2 " at widest stands just over 3" tall.
