The lower skirt, waistband and pocket are packed faces of witches, ghosts, mummies, vampires retailer and spiders. The ties are pumpkins and stars on black. All edges are finished with black bias tape and the bib and pocket are accented with green rick rack. The perfect addition for hosting that ghoulish party.
