Carlo's Bakery has received nationwide attention since the 2009 series premiere of TLC's hit series, Cake Boss. Within this North Jersey, square mile town of Hoboken, on the outskirts of New York City, Carlo's has become a true pastry landmark establishment.

- Carlo's Bakery's cannolis are pretty much perfect. Golden crispy shells filled with a signature recipe of ricotta cheese, hints of cinnamon & chocolate chips. Now you can fill the shells at home yourself with this perfect kit.

- This package serves 24 and includes: 24x mini cannoli shells and 2x piping bags of cannoli cream, 15 oz. each

- Kit ships frozen with dry ice, may thaw in transit. Do not remove dry ice with bare hands.

- Place cannoli shells in a dry ambient place until ready to use

- Cannoli cream should be placed in the refrigerator until thawed

- Once ready to fill, cut the tip of your pastry bag and show off your cannoli filling skills!

- Separately, Cannoli retailer shells and cannoli cream may be used up to 6 days after arrival if stored properly.

- Items are prepared fresh and shipped directly from the shop

- Carlo's Bakery ships Monday – Friday of each week
