St Michael's what appears unworn with retailer repaired shoulder seam zipped cardigan size 42"

My feelings are this is unworn stock, it feels fresh and it had a slightly undone shoulder seam which tells retailer me it was taken out of circulation. Now repaired and you have to admit looks striking with that two tone affect wool mix knit.
Stated 42”: 22” p-p/ 18” shoulder/ 26.5” sleeve/ 27.5” length
